India Monae’s Retail experience started 10 years ago when she worked as a Regional Sales Rep for Beyonce’s DEREON clothing line in 2008. She sold the line to stores throughout the entire Southeast region and Puerto Rico. Regional sales introduced her to RETAIL BUYING, as she always assisted her buyers in tailoring specific merchandise to their target markets. This -combined with her extensive retail experience in stores such as Nordstrom, and YEARS of Wardrobe Styling experience- led to her OWN online clothing store, which she successfully started in 2012, bringing in over $90k in sales in a few months! She maintained IndiaMonae.com until she was left wheelchair bound and could no longer operate it. Since then she has mentored others to start their retail businesses, now she is opening this opportunity up to ALL!

FASHION BOSS ACADEMY WILL TEACH YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW START AND SUCCESSFULLY MAINTAIN YOUR OWN RETAIL BUSINESS.

The Program consists of 3 levels.

Level 1 Registering & INCORPORATING YOUR BUSINESS & Obtaining all necessary permits (all fees covered in program costs), Securing your Web Domain; 4 weeks of intensive courses covering Marketing, Buying, Sales, Social Media Strategies, Creating sales campaigns etc. You will also receive access to Hundreds of Vendors!

Level II consists of all of the above PLUS a Field Trip to the Los Angeles Fashion District where students will get Hands On Buying Experience, Meet & secure future vendors, have a Private Dinner with Celeb Marketing Guru Karen Civil, & stay in a Luxury Beverly Hills Villa.
