The Bare A lot and hide A lil trend is transcending into Spring 2015. What better way to cover your naughty places than with Flowers?
Black x White
The Chic, High Contrast Blend has made its way into yet another season. We have zero complaints.
Irony: Feminine Androgyny
The Use of Masculine Silhouettes x feminine chic patterns, prints, and textiles made a playful spin into spring. The play on menswear with oversized capes, trousers, and 2-piece suiting for women is easily one of our fave of 2015 trends.
Tops: Avante Garde | Designer: Avnah Long | Stylist: India Monae
India Monae had the honor to work with a new ATL Designer, Avanah Long to personally style LHHATL’s very own Shay Johnson. Both tops are featured by the designer and is starting to speak more volume. For India and Avnah being raised in the same area [Youngstown, Ohio], them linking up and doing damage had to have come soon enough. Now Avnah is starting to take the world by storm by appearing in New York’s Fashion Week by marking her designer Territory. The designer’s show also included a LHHATL Cast Member, Ariane Davis, who was giving everyone life in one of her couture pieces.
“This was an amazing show/moment with Ariane!” – Avnah Long

Celebrity hair stylist Mychael Michelle summer day party was definitely the place to be. The stylist recently held the event for her upcoming salon hosted by Love and hip hop’s Shay Johnson and Kamille Leai, with a performance by R&B group Bliss.
No more good girls, bad girls are the new crave. From Rihanna to Teyanna Taylor, tomboy chic is the new girl on the streets. The style came to the scene with artists like TLC, and the late Aaliyah. The R&B princess (Aaliyah) was known for her baggy, cool, and short showing sex appeal. Today, it can be found on stars such as Miley Cyrus, and Cassie, even celebrity stylist India Monae. Check out India’s latest pieces, the Bobbi top, Tony tee and Derek leather pants (available in two weeks) at http://indiamonae.bigcartel.com/.
The wild is something serious especially in the world of fashion. MOD (M-O-D)Magazine recently released their summer 2013 issue, featuring a few pieces from India Monae. The issue features the Eva dress layered with the Zara dress (now available at http://indiamonae.bigcartel.com/) shown on model Gwen captured by photographer Loretta Huston.
Both styles can be dressed from everyday attire to night wear. India Monae went out for a day in the sun wearing the Zara dress, comfortably fitted with a panama hat and gladiator heels. She also wore the Eva dress for her Birthday weekend styled with a chic pony tail and clutch.
